ACtivism
Even though activists start from a disadvantaged position, and find themselves in a world where there is an overabundance of information sometimes, in the midst of this cacophony, some images stand out — some words resound across the world. There are numbers we don’t forget, and messages that make us stand still. And sometimes — instead of being manufactured by someone trying to sell us something, these moments come from activists with an important cause.
For a closer look at an activist movement that was successful:

We know these moments -- we've experienced the awe of watching a campus, a city, a country coming to halt as our consciousness is heaved up, finally, for something that matters. But recognising these moments when they happen isn't enough -- activists need to understand the reason some campaigns succeed and others don't, so they can replicate the best practises and maximise their impact.
But activists, especially those on campus, don't get to hire consultants or pour millions into marketing and analytics.
This project tries to cover that gap between what activists need and what is available to them.
